Terms of Service Sale
§ 1 General Provisions
- Babie Doły Holiday Cottages, available at the website https://babiedoly.com, is operated by Monika Trzebińska, conducting business under the name 2MPRO Monika Trzebińska, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for economy, Tax ID (NIP) 9580983052, Statistical ID (REGON) 369263498, with the registered office and business operation address at ul. Rybaków 32d, 81-197 Gdynia.
- These Regulations are addressed to Consumers using the service and define the rules of use, as well as the principles and procedure for concluding Distance Sales Agreements with the Client via the booking calendar.
§ 2 Definitions
- Consumer - a natural person or a company concluding an agreement with the Seller for the rental of holiday cottages,
- Seller - a natural person conducting business under the name 2MPRO Monika Trzebińska, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for economy, Tax ID (NIP) 9580983052, Statistical ID (REGON) 369263498, with the registered office and business operation address at ul. Rybaków 32d, 81-197 Gdynia.
- Client - any entity making a reservation via the booking calendar.
- Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by a separate statute, conducting business activity on its own behalf, and using the service.
- Accommodation Service – booking activity conducted by the Seller at the website https://babiedoly.com
- Distance Agreement - an agreement concluded with the Client as part of an organized system for concluding distance agreements (within the booking calendar),
- Regulations - these service sales regulations.
- Booking - a declaration of the Client's will submitted via the Booking Form and directly aiming at concluding an Agreement with the Seller.
- Account - a client account where data provided by the Client and information about their submitted bookings are collected.
- Booking Calendar - an interactive form available on the website enabling the submission of a reservation and the determination of the terms of the Sales Agreement, including delivery and payment methods.
- Product – accommodation service, being the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.
- Sales Agreement - an agreement for the sale of the Product concluded or being concluded between the Client and the Seller via the booking form.

- The Client may communicate with the Seller using the addresses and phone numbers provided in this paragraph.
- The Client may contact the Seller by phone between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
§ 4 General Information
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for disruptions, including interruptions in the operation of the booking form, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility with the Client's technical infrastructure.
- Browsing the booking form does not require creating an Account. Clients can make reservations via the booking form on the website, by phone, or by email.
- Prices listed in the price list are given in Polish Zloty and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The final (total) amount to be paid by the Client consists of the daily rate multiplied by the number of days booked by the client. The Client is automatically informed by email upon making a reservation. A condition for a correctly placed reservation is the required payment of a deposit amounting to 20% of the total stay.
§ 5 Booking via the Calendar
- To make a reservation in the calendar, please fill out the Booking Form. The following data must be provided: First Name, Last Name, Phone, email, arrival date and departure date, number of guests renting the cottage.
- Additionally, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice, you must provide: company name, address, Tax ID (NIP).
- A correctly placed reservation is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions of stay and sale, as well as the payment of a deposit for the stay.
§ 6 Available Payment Methods
- The Client may use the following deposit payment methods:
- Online Payment – Przelewy24,
- Traditional bank transfer to the Seller's account
§ 7 Performance of the Sales Agreement
- The Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller is concluded after the Client has submitted a reservation via the Booking Form.
- After a Reservation is placed, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt. Confirmation of the reservation's receipt and its acceptance for processing occurs by the Seller sending an appropriate email message to the Client's email address provided during the reservation process. Upon the Client receiving the aforementioned email message, the Service Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller is concluded.
- If the Client chooses:
- Online Payment – the Client is obliged to make the payment immediately after making the reservation, through the selected bank.
- traditional bank transfer, the Client is obliged to make the payment within 3 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement - otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
- The Consumer may, up to 30 days before the arrival date – withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason. The Seller is obliged to refund the deposit paid by the Client within 3 business days. The refund will be made to the account number from which the deposit was paid.
- In case of reservation cancellation 29 days or less before arrival – the entire deposit paid is retained, i.e., 20% of the total stay.
- The Seller in justified cases, has the option to issue a Voucher for the aforementioned amount to be used at a different date.
§ 9 Complaint
- If errors occur in the reservation, the Client has the right to submit a complaint for the correction of reservation dates.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing electronically to the Seller's addresses provided in these Regulations.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 3 days, and if they fail to do so within this period, the Client's request shall be deemed justified.
§ 10 Final Provisions
- Agreements concluded via the booking form are concluded in Polish.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, namely: changes in legal regulations, changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Client of any change at least 7 days in advance.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means; the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on Personal Data Protection.
