Our holiday homes are suitable as a base for exploring Tricity.
It's a combination of relaxing by the sea in a green area, with full opportunities to explore Tricity and further into Kashubia.
Travel time to city centers depending on traffic (normal traffic vs. rush hour):
- Gdynia - 12-19 minutes
- Sopot - 23-33 minutes
- Gdańsk - 35-55 minutes
A year-round cottage will be great not only for city sightseeing but also for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Are you interested in a year-round cottage by the sea? Babie Doły is one of those places where you can fulfill that desire.
The area is peaceful, and tourist centers are far from our property, ensuring tranquility. At the same time, we are located in a district of Gdynia where it's easy to do larger grocery shopping for your entire stay.
The area also has plenty of service establishments and eateries. And if you want to taste exquisite cuisine, it's worth heading to the centers of Gdynia, Sopot, or Gdańsk.
During the summer season, there is a bicycle and water sports equipment rental on the beach.
By the sea, there are many walking and cycling attractions. You can walk along the beach continuously north, even to Władysławowo.
Each of our new cottages near the sea is equipped with heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor atmosphere regardless of the weather.
Enjoy the tranquility of our garden
Our accommodation facilities boast not only rich interior furnishings but also a garden. Guests have access to a children's playground, adult attractions such as a tree swing, a bonfire shelter, and a large, peaceful space.
In our peaceful area, we offer free parking, a fenced plot, safe for children and pets.

Each holiday home can be booked separately. Fees apply to the rental of the entire cottage, so we encourage you to bring friends along to enjoy your time together for the same price.
The tourist voucher can only be used on-site, so when making a reservation, you pay the standard reservation fee. When you arrive, you use the tourist voucher, and we refund you the cash for the reservation.
The option to use the voucher is available regardless of how the booking is made - whether through Booking.com or our website.
Holiday homes in Gdynia - tranquility for the whole family or for two
We offer two types of cottages:
- Two holiday homes for 4-6 people - smaller and more affordable cottages.
- A two-story cottage designed for 4-8 people - open from May to September.
The cottages do not differ in equipment standard - all our Guests have full access to all amenities and the garden. Each cottage is self-sufficient and equipped with its own kitchenette.
Children's playground
For adults to enjoy a peaceful vacation, it's worth keeping the children occupied. All available playground elements, which we show in the photos, are at their disposal.
What our holiday home is equipped with
Each cottage is a full-fledged, high-standard accommodation facility. While they are not luxurious apartments, they are comfortable year-round cottages.
The cottages are equipped with:
- access to a kitchenette and full equipment including pots, cutlery, pans, bowls, plates, and other dishes.
- a separate bathroom in each cottage
- Wi-Fi internet access and a TV with device connectivity
- access to the garden, playground, and its full equipment
