In the Pomeranian Voivodeship, there are two main types of cottages to choose from:

located by the sea
located near lakes

The first group, which also includes our cottages, is quite varied. Most cottages are located within holiday resorts, usually a bit further from the sea. However, this is not a major issue.

It can be challenging to rent older cottages, which often have a longer history of use and fewer amenities. Older properties can be particularly unsuitable for allergy sufferers who are sensitive to airborne dust.

Our cottages are located in Babie Doły, a district of Gdynia. The city center is 8 km away, making it an excellent base for exploring the entire Tricity area. At the same time, the area around the cottages is quiet, and the seaside is not as crowded as in typical coastal resorts.

These cottages are primarily geared towards longer stays, which means they are usually better equipped than seaside cottages, though the standard has been evening out for a few years now.

Most cottages are located near numerous Kashubian and further Kociewie lakes. The distance to the lake is not always short; sometimes you have to walk even 2-3 kilometers, but fortunately, this is not common.

These types of cottages are most often located in forests, which means the summer heat isn't as bothersome there. The humidity from the lakes also usually minimizes the risk of fires during droughts.

Lovers of calm waters will certainly find many attractions there. It's best to combine your stay with swimming or cycling equipment, for example.
