Rules for Staying in the Cottages - Babie Doły

  1. A valid reservation requires a confirmed payment of a reservation deposit. The remaining payment for your stay is made on the day of arrival by cash or card.
  2. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these Rules.
  3. We issue VAT invoices upon request – the request and invoice details must be provided on the day of arrival during check-in.
  4. Up to 30 days before the arrival date - FREE cancellation
  5. In case of cancellation 29 days or less before arrival - we charge a 20% DEPOSIT
    It is possible to receive a Voucher for the aforementioned amount to be used at a later date.
  6. The amount paid for the stay is not subject to reduction or refund if the guest leaves of their own accord during the stay.
  7. The stay period at the resort begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
  8. As a rule, we do not accept pets – however, they are accepted after individual arrangement with the resort owners. Please contact us.
  9. Prices listed in the price list include utility fees and parking.
  10. No more than 6 people may stay in the cottage.
  11. Frying fish and smoking tobacco are prohibited in the cottages.
  12. The renter is financially responsible for all types of damage and destruction caused by their fault.
  13. To ensure the quality of your rest, quiet hours apply within the complex from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  14. There are uncertified play elements for children within the complex; their use is only under the supervision of a parent/guardian and at their own risk.
  15. Parents/guardians bear full responsibility for children (regardless of age) during their stay.
  16. Guests are allowed in the cottages only after prior notification.
  17. The owner is not responsible for damaged vehicles in the parking lot or stolen property left on the premises.
  18. Our resort is family-oriented; we do not accept unaccompanied youth groups.
  19. Parking of cars by non-guests is prohibited.
  20. Before entering or exiting the property, please wait for the gate to fully open (until the signal light turns off), as strong winds and permanent obstacles may cause emergency stops and retraction of the gate wings. After opening the gate, please close it.
